    So this is the first time trying vitakratom. I order green maeng da and the quality was good, i suffer from back pain, so kratom is a must for me, also a plus is the euphoria i get.

    I eventually received my order following a delay and no explanation from the vendor.
    However. the green maeng da was good and I understand the vendor is operating in a more responsive and timely fashion.

    I thought it would be of interest to others to provide an update….I finally received a response from David (Owner). He again was very apologetic. He told me that he had a crucial employee suddenly quit and he was trying to manage to extra workload. He also said they had numerous shipments that somehow got lost and never reached their customers. I was one of those customers affected. He reshipped my order. I have received my complete order along with two small samples of strains I had not yet tried. He also followed up with me after I received my order. He wanted to apologize again and make sure I was happy with the product. I like the kratom I have received and feel that they are fairly priced. I experienced an unfortunate delay, but in the end David has made amends.

    Terrible customer service

    Gave ViaKratom a try in early November. Fast response. Good product. Reordered 11/30. Talked to owner David after two weeks since I didn’t receive order. He was very apologetic and promised to reship order. Still have not received product as of 12/21. Now they won’t respond to emails or phone calls. Do not order from this company!!!

      Wow, that sucks. I ordered roughly the same time as you in November and had a pretty positive experience. Was going to order more. I won’t now after all negative reviews. Sounds like they got overwhelmed and just said !@#$ it I’m keeping the money.

    over 2 weeks and shipping label just got created, does not answer e-mails. sorry I ever tried this vendor. will just keep going to the smoke shop.

    Have yet to receive order or even postal tracking after they said my order had been shipped. They don’t respond to their contact email–and my order was substantial. Are these guys reputable?

    I have yet to recieve my order, customer service is non existent as I sent multiple emails with no response back. Never dealt with a vendor who is completely unresponsive!

    Gave Them A Chance

    I bought a sample pack from them and was pleasantly surprised. The shipping was extremely fast, they included an extra ounce sample and 2 of the three strains I have tried so far have been very good. Didn’t much care for the green md, but the white Sumatra and yellow vein were very good. One downside of this vendor is that they only have one white strain to choose from. I’m a whites guy so that’s a bummer for me. Otherwise everything was excellent. Will purchase larger amount soon.
