About a month ago, I created order 31642 and paid for it in full within about 5 minutes of getting on the site. I had ordered from here before, and apart from one minor hiccup that could have happened on sites named after jungles, never had an issue. I have receipts for every purchase I've made on here, including 31642. It shows, and I have screenshots and saved copies of the webpage showing that, you have received my money but just never bothered to ship it. I have the receipts from who you use to process credit cards. I have the emails showing that you got my money and are processing. I have tried emailing you. I have tried chatting with you. I have tried calling you. No matter what I cannot get a hold of you. I spent a substantial amount of money on this order. I either want it shipped with some form of apology with it or would like my money back, but cannot get a hold of anyone. What's the deal???
Updated review.... several new selections available now including some golds and yellows. Quality is still high and service continues to be top notch. Kratom Wave has become a regular vendor for me now. The White batches are my favorite so far and the batch options seem to cover several alkaloid profiles to offer something for everyone. The Yellow Maeng Da is stimulating but also relaxing. A very nice new addition. Great service, quality and now selection. Worthy of checking out if you are branching out for a new source or just getting started.

I've bought from many vendors over the years and this one is by far the most consistent with regard to value and price. I buy nearly every week and for months it's only been from KratomWave.com, I've even referred them to my family and friends who are converts now as well. Keep up the great work, KratomWave!

Im from the Community City of MIRA MESA of San DIego County and doing review for others outside San Diego CITY LIMITS.
Ive been reading reviews of VENDORS of finding out myself to follow up those reviews. I tried a couple of them and admit to reviewers comments as True or misleading ( bad reviews sometimes fraud from workers or owners of other vendors) MY FIRST WAS A VENDOR that had issues from those reviews as I REPLIED TO THEM AS true AND NOT USING THEM AT ALL. The 2nd VENDOR is this Vendor known as KratomWave. I did not have problems of contacting and I waited couple of days. I had no problem of them knowing where I LIVE as VENDOR WELCOME MY INTEREST AS A NEW CUSTOMER. i HAD NO PROBLEM OF PAYMENT OPTIONS. i HAD NO PROBLEMS OF the shipping window knowing my bank accepted their account as some Banks hold back funds of use of products. I had no problems of the quality as their kratom is as labeled as I WILL BE BACK AGAIN as long as I KEEP MYSELF respectful OF ANY ISSUES OF CONCERNS THRU CONTACT. The only problem I do have is the bad reviews and hope mine can clear the steam. I will mention this to the owner about my concerns of the ppl here of the negatives.. OTHER THEN THAT,,,, IM GLAD I WAS VERY RESPECTFUL OF ALL MY EMAILS AND MESSAGES FOR ALL KRATOM VENDORS ARE BUSY OF KEEPING UP WITH THE HIGH DEMANDS .

3rd day no response. If you like flushing your money down the toilet, than this is the place to buy from. Ridiculous!
I have been trying to get someone to respond to me for 2 days now. The phone doesn't work, I emailed several times and tried Twitter. I got a tracking number saying that my package was sent on the 27th. It hasn't moved since. Nobody will let me know what is going on? What if it never shows up. is my money just gone? I am only an hour away from Austin. All I want is a response to let me know what has happened
Their shipping policy guaranteed all orders shipped within one business day. I contacted them on the second business day through their website and email and received no answer. On the third business day I called them directly to get my tracking number. They finally responded to let me know that my order will ship out the next business day, which is the fourth business day from my order. I have ordered Kratom for 12 years now, and never had this problem from any other site including ones that use EFT/ACH as the payment option.
