White Indo (aka Sumatra, Riau)

White Indo kratom icon

White Indo kratom is likely named after the country of Indonesia, which is currently the world’s largest supplier of kratom.

Most users describe White Indo kratom as highly stimulating and moderately euphoric. In low-to-moderate doses (1-5g), it can increase one’s energy levels and mood. Other users have praised the strain’s pain-relieving properties, which could be more effective than other white strains. White Indo’s duration also seems to be above average, with effects lasting about 3.5-4 hours at moderate doses (2.5-5g).

However, White Indo’s seemingly energizing nature could be overstimulating for some. A minority of users have reported experiencing jitters, restlessness, and increased anxiety after consuming the strain. White Indo doesn’t appear to be more or less nauseating than other strains.

Due to the subjective nature of kratom and personal variations in body and brain chemistry, your experiences with this strain might differ from the average user.

🤓 FUN FACT

White Indo kratom is often labeled, marketed, or referred to as Sumatra or Riau by suppliers and users.

I also use mmm white vein indo and I don't find it overly energetic.

Burned it a few times last Monday and Friday. I found it to be quite potent, energizing and pleasant. It's strong and is a solid white strain. Would recommend. Taste was actually pretty good (I just dump it in a cup with some water, mix it up and shoot it).

The White Vein Indo is a solid white. Long lasting!

I recently got a sample of white indo and liked it very much. It was not super potent but whites give me jitters so I liked it because it didn't do that, just energy.

I've only tried the white indo so far (5g), and I love it. Energizing without being jittery - which is extra nice because everything I've tried lately has made me fairly tired (at the same dosages as usual, and I rarely got tired before so this is new). Mood lift is wonderful, social anxiety is gone, and it has pain relieving benefits as well (my neck has been strained since Sunday, down into my shoulder, but the pain is at a 1 from 5 at the moment).

    6. [Unknown]
I burned 2 grams three hours after my last meal. Onset took about 30 minutes and consisted of a moderate mood lift and a moderate to strong energy increase. At 60 minutes post burn there were moderate analgesic effects. My left shoulder had been hurting all day from a recent strain. As the kratom peaked, analgesic effects became very apparent and I would rate them as quite strong. Also, at this time, the energy increase became a little overwhelming with some anxiety resulting. This isn't a surprise as white veins tend to have this effect on me. After the spike in energy the experience really mellowed out. I'm currently feeling very relaxed like I'm wrapped in a warm blanket. No discomfort can be felt in my shoulder and it's been over 5 hours since the initial burn. Overall, I rate the White Indo 7/10 for mood, 8/10 for energy, and 8/10 for pain.
