White Borneo kratom is thought to originate from the Borneo island of Southeast Asia.
It is often described as being highly euphoric as well as strongly stimulating. Despite this, it may be slightly more sedating than other white strains.
Some use it as an alternative to caffeine-based stimulants, as it provides a sense of clarity and focus. Others find it suitable for aiding symptoms of depression because of its less stimulating nature and signature balance between sedation and energy. Additionally, some users have found White Borneo lacks the anxiety-inducing effect of other white strains.
However, some users have reported that this strain may cause nausea and dizziness in higher doses, and prefer to keep dosages low in order to mitigate these symptoms (1-3g starting dose). Its duration may be somewhat above average for a moderate dose (~2.5-5g).
Due to the ambiguous nature of kratom, White Borneo may often be confused, labeled, or marketed as Kalimantan, Ketapang, Jongkong, Hulu by suppliers and users.
