Five Health and Wellness Benefits of Kratom

Normally, inflammation is a regular bodily response to illness, injury, or infection. But our inflammation levels can also rise in response to diet and drug use. (Bishehsari et al., 2017) While we can’t necessarily see inflammation, it can take a heavy toll on our health: One study found inflammation increases social withdrawal, feelings of social disconnection, and the inability to experience pleasure.     Yes all that was very accurate. I don’t see anywhere about how kratom can turn into a demon though and how it should be used more responsible. 

    Also how it isn’t smart to stay on one strain over the course of a couple years. I like the not a cure all remedy, even though beginners might think that ( like myself ) I’m not for or against Kratom- everyone has there own choice. I just like all the facts being out there, not just the good.
